T&Cs for Attendees

• The speaker list on the website is subject to last minute changes in an unlikely event of a speaker not able to make it to the conference due to unavoidable circumstances. The event organizer will try to find a suitable replacement in such scenarios.
• Registration fee does not include any other incidental expenses related to attending the conference such as Travel, Accommodation etc.
• There are no preferential seats for anyone, the seats are available on first come first serve basis.
• Delegates registration fee will not be refundable or transferable.
• Event organizer reserves right to change the date of the event in case of any unforeseen circumstances due to CoronaVirus Outbreak. The delegate tickets will be valid for the new dates announced by the organizers. If the event is not re-scheduled within 6 months, full refund will be made to delegates & award nominees.
• Delegates may not be allowed into the media & speaker rooms reserved for Press & Speakers. In an unlikely event of cancelation of the event, we will not be responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have made to attend the summit
• Delegates agree and allow their pictures and/or videos to be taken during the conference and used for promotion purposes later.
• Some speakers may not be willing to share their respective presentations and the same can not be shared later with delegates.
• By registering, delegates and participants agree that organiser may collect their personal info to enable it to communicate with them by mail, telephone & electronic messages & organizer may share info with its partners who may also contact delegates and participants in this way.
• The organizer is not responsible for arranging VISA for any delegate and registration fee is non-refundable if the delegate is unable to get VISA because of any reason. The organizer will not be issuing any invitation letters for this purpose. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to arrange for his/her travel and VISA.
• Delegates allow event partners and sponsors to reach out to them via email or mobile Pre-Event & Post-Event.
• All disputes are subject to Singapore Jurisdiction.

T&Cs for Award Entry

• The above-mentioned Terms are applicable to Award Entries also.
• The entered work should have been done within 01-07-2021 to 30-06-2022
• The entrant should be authorised to submit the work as Nomination and entrant takes full responsibility of Copyright issues.
• Entry fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Client endorsement may be necessary for agency nominations.
• Decision of the organizers will be final and binding on all entrants.
• Only 1 person per entry is allowed to attend the Awards Ceremony.
• The case studies submitted for awards may be published on event website or its other websites without prior approval of the entrant.
• Entry mechanism is online and no entry will be accepted through any other modes.
• There is no limit on number of entries per company/individual.
• There is no discount for multiple entries.
